SSC stands for staff selection commission. It is an government organization which conducts various government job exams annually for central government. CGL stands for combined graduate level examination. CGL is the flagship exam of the SSC. This exam is conducted for group B and group C post.

3.What are exam pattern of ssc cgl?
SSC CGL is divided into 4 tiers.
Tier-1 is objective type and online test. It is compulsory for all.
Tier 2 is also objective type. While paper 1 and 2 of tier 2 is compulsory for all, paper 3 and paper 4 is for students who applies for AAO and JSO.
Tier 3 is compulsory and is descriptive in nature. It is offline paper i.e. you have to write with pen and paper.

5.I am final year student. Does i am eligible for ssc cgl?
Yes, You are eligible for applying ssc cgl. Be sure you must have your graduation degree on or before the date stated by ssc in exam notification.
6.Does tier 1 of ssc cgl is of qualifying nature or its marks are added?
No, ssc cgl tier 1 is not qualifying nature. Its marks are added in your total marks.
7. I have applied for AAO or JSO. Can i skip paper 3 or paper 4?
Yes, you can skip paper 3 or paper 4 if you have applied for jso or aao. But remember you will not be considered for above post and your candidature will only be considered for the post which doesn’t requires said exam.
